Privacy
This website collects nothing. Here is precisely what that means, and what applies to data handled in the network.
Data collected by this website: none
This website is a set of static files. It has no form, receives no data, sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. No font, script or image is loaded from a third-party server. The simulator and the comparator compute entirely in your browser: the values you enter never leave your device and never reach us.
If you write to us
The only way to send us information is by email, and you alone decide what it contains. Your message is used solely to handle your enquiry: sending the franchise pack, a production audit, a preparatory conversation or an application process. It is neither resold nor loaded into a prospecting tool.
Server logs
As with any website reachable on the internet, the server delivering these pages keeps technical logs which include, among other things, the calling IP addresses. They belong to the host, serve security and fault diagnosis, and are not used for commercial purposes.
Knowledge engine and artificial intelligence
No client data is sent to a public AI or used to train an external model. The production chain behind client files is not driven by an external generative AI: it rests on structured, documented rules. The knowledge engine made available to franchisees runs in a private, Swiss environment, and its conversations are not used to train a third-party model.
Hosting
This website and the network’s data are stored, operated and administered in Switzerland, and support is provided from Switzerland.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to the correspondence you have had with us, its correction or its deletion, by writing to the contact address given on this website.
Documents covering client mandates
The documents governing the handling of network clients’ data, which is separate from this website, are being finalised: full privacy policy, register of processing activities, data processing agreement, retention policy, incident response procedure, list of sub-processors, and knowledge engine policy.
